Biography

As a junior (2014): Shannon appeared in 14 games with 11 starts in her third season in goal for R-MC...In 730 minutes, she recorded 99 saves and finished the season third in the ODAC with a save percentage of .786...McMurray tallied two shutouts for the season (Wilson 9/25; Roanoke 9/27)...Shannon received Third Team All-ODAC honors.

As a freshman (2012): Shannon appeared in four games in goal for the Yellow Jackets... She tallied 15 saves, allowing only four goals, and a save percentage of .789.

Personal: Shannon attended Mountain View High School where she earned three varsity letters in field hockey...She helped lead her team to two District titles in 2009 and 2011, Regional Championship title in 2009, and State Runner Up title in 2009 and 2010...Shannon intends to major in Computer Science.
