As a senior (2013)… Seal started in all16 games for R-MC earning First-Team All-ODAC and 2013Longstreth/NFHCA Division III All-Region honors… Sherecorded 5 goals on 66 attempts and 27 shots-on-goal… Her 66total shots ranked 6th in the ODAC (3.14 pg) and tied for 6thoverall in assists with 6.

As a Junior (2012)... Lauren directed theoffense from the midfield position, earning her second First-TeamAll-ODAC honor and third all-conference nod ... Seal finished theseason first on the team in assists with eight and fourth in pointswith 14 ... She started in all 20 games played this season andrecorded 23 shots on goal with a shooting percentage of .590.

As a sophomore (2011)... Played in all 18 gamesfor the Jackets during her sophomore season earning First Team AllODAC and VaSID All-State Honors… Finished second on the teamin goals with nine…  Led the team in assists with tenand points with 28…  Scored four game winningshots…  Scored two goals in a win against FrostburgState (9/7/2011)…  Scored one goal and recorded threeassists in a win over Washington and Lee(10/22/2011)…   Scored the game winning goalagainst Virginia Wesleyan (11/2/2011).

As a Freshman (2010)... garnered VaSIDAll-State Rookie of the year honors in her first year oncampus… selected to the Honorable Mention All-ODACteam… started in all 20 games played… led the squadin assists (7) and game-winners (5)… finished second on theteam in scoring (33 points) and goals (13)… totaled 53shots, 38 on goal for a SOG % of .717… recorded a goal andtwo assists in win over Virginia Wesleyan (9/16)… scored acareer-high three goals in victory over Frostburg State(9/18)… scored both goals in 2-1 overtime win at Goucher(9/21).
