Student Athlete Pre-Particiaption Requirements

All student athletes must have completed all paperwork before participating in school sponsored athletic activities. Student Athletes will not be allowed to participate in any school sponsored activity (practice, conditioning, etc.) until they have been cleared to participate by the athletic training staff.
