Women's Golf Score for Final Round at Denison

Haggerty Headlines Women's Golf in Final Round of Lynn Schweizer

GRANVILLE, Ohio. - Randolph-Macon women's golf finished its time at the Lynn Schweizer Fall Invitational, hosted by Denison. The team finished in second place in the tournament at +24 overall. 

Grace Anne Haggerty (Glen Allen, Va./St. Catherine's) led the Yellow Jackets on the weekend, taking home a share of the individual title. The sophomore ended her final round at +5 (77) and her final tournament score would finish at +3 (148).

Alexis Haller (Louisville, Ky./Louisville Collegiate School) finished her final round with a score of +2 (74) with one birdie and pars on 14 holes. The senior finished fourth overall as an individual with a two-round score of +5 (150).

Morgan Mussatt (Henrico, Va./Mills Godwin) ended her final round with a score of +4 (76) with three birdies and shot par on 10 holes. The senior finished tied for ninth overall as an individual, firing a score of +8 (153).  

Lilly Hall (Yorktown, Va./Liberty University Online Academy) fired a final round score of +7 (79) and also finished tied for ninth as an individual at +8 (153). 

Morghan Lewis (Clarksville, Tenn./Clarksville Academy) led the individuals with a two-round score +20 (165) to place 31st overall. 

Alex DeRee (Dublin, Ohio./Dublin Coffman) placed 42nd overall as an individual with a score of +26 (171). 

Audrey Yoong (Ventura, Calif./Foothill Tech) ended the weekend with a score of +28 (173) for a placement of 44th overall. 

Ali Field (Fuquay-Varina, N.C. Fuquay-Varina) rounded out the group at +37 (182) for a 56th place finish for the Lemon and Black. 

Tournament Notes:

Randolph-Macon led the field in pars (108).
Randolph-Macon led the field on Par 4s (+26).
Randolph-Macon ranked second on Par 3s (+14). 
Randolph-Macon ranked second on Par 5s (+10).
Randolph-Macon ranked second in overall birdies (18).

RMC will head to the Polar Bear Shootout in Brunswick, Maine on Sept. 12-13.
