Charlie Wilkerson (Midlothian, Va./Midlothian) put an elite -7 (65) final round score to lead Randolph-Macon Men's Golf to a second place finish at the Toftrees Invitational.

Wilkerson continued to dominate the field in the final round of the tournament. The junior finished his final bogey free round at -7 (65) with an eagle, five birdies and pars on 11 holes. Wilkerson took home the individual tournament title with an overall score of -10 (134). Â
Michael Schaal (Chapel Hill, N.C./Carolina Friends) completed his final round with a score of E (72) with a birdie and pars on 16 holes. The senior finished in seventh place as an individual at E (144).Â
Carter Chapin (Seaford, Va./York) ended his tournament with a final round score of E (72) with three birdies and pars on 12 holes. The junior placed 10th overall as an individual at +1 (145).Â
Kole Kohut (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) rounded out the scoring group firing a final round score of +2 (74) with three birdies and pars on 10 holes. The junior put up a +6 (150) for an individual finish in 35th place.Â
Ty White (Emporia, Va. Greensville County) shot +13 (85) in the final round for the Lemon and Black. The junior shot par on 10 holes on the final day of the tournament.Â
Tournament Notes:
This is the best team finish for the Yellow Jackets since placing second in 2023 at "The Gauntlet" in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The 36-hole team score is a new program record, along with Wilkerson's 36-hole record setting performance.Â
