ASHLAND, Va. – Men's Volleyball posted another 3-0 week, including their 13th and 14th conference wins of the season, giving the team its highest conference win total since joining the ODAC and an 11 spot in the NPI. The Yellow Jackets posted a 3-0 win on the road against Eastern Mennonite, before beating both Shenandoah and Averett at home in straight sets, putting them at No. 18 in the latest AVCA poll.

After sweeping Eastern Mennonite for its fourth consecutive win against the Royals, Randolph-Macon clinched the No. 1 seed in the ODAC Tournament after defeating both Shenandoah and Averett. Against Shenandoah, RMC earned a 25-0 conference record since joining the ODAC just a season ago. In the contest against the Cougars, the Lemon and black registered a .483 hitting percentage, including a season-high .818 in set one. This resulted in a Randolph-Macon season record in point differential (20 points) as RMC won the set 25-5.

Randolph-Macon leads the ODAC in points (1,551), blocks (294), service aces (183) and hitting percentage (.300). The team also holds its opponents to the lowest hitting percentage (.158) and fewest service aces (79) in the conference.

This week, the Lemon and Black welcome Bridgewater to Ashland, Va., for their last home contest of the regular season. The match is set for 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1.
