DOUGLASVILLE, Ga. - Randolph-Macon men's golf put up a solid two-round first day of the West Pines Intercollegiate, sitting in eighth place as a team. 
 
Charlie Wilkerson (Midlothian, Va./Midlothian) led the Yellow Jackets in the first two rounds, shooting a -4 (138). The junior ended the day with eight birdies and shot par on 24 holes. Wilkerson is currently in 10th place as an individual out of 128 golfers.

Joseph Winston (Richmond, Va./Douglas Freeman) recorded a two-round score of -1 (141) with an eagle, five birdies and pars on 24 holes. The sophomore sits in 18th place as an individual.

Kole Kohut (Berlin, Md./Stephen Decatur) ended the day with a score of +4 (146) with a Tournament-high 12 birdies and also shot par on 12 holes. The junior is 51st overall as an individual out of 128 golfers.

Carter Chapin (Seaford, Va./York) completed his day with a score of +9 (151) with three birdies and fired pars on 22 holes. Michael Schaal (Chapel Hill, N.C./Carolina Friends) also finished with a score of +9 (151). The senior recorded two birdies and shot par on 24 holes.
