ASHLAND, Va. – The third-seeded and twenty third ranked Randolph-Macon softball team will head to Salem, Virginia to take part in the opening weekend of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Softball Tournament.

The Yellow Jackets will be matched up with second-seeded Bridgewater, sixth-seeded Ferrum and seventh-seeded Roanoke in Pod 2. The other pod will consist of top-seeded and sixth ranked Virginia Wesleyan, fourth-seeded Lynchburg, fifth-seeded Shenandoah and eighth-seeded Averett. The tournament will take place from Saturday, May 3 to Monday, May 5 at the Moyer Sports Complex at Roanoke College. 

The tournament will be double-elimination format with the winners of each pod moving on to the championship series the following weekend. The championship series will be hosted at the highest remaining seed in a best two-out-of-three format.

GAME 4: Winner Game 1 vs. Winner Game 2, Sunday, May 4, 2pm
GAME 5: Winner Game 3 vs. Loser Game 4, Sunday, May 4, 5pm
GAME 6: Winner Game 4 vs. Winner Game 5, Monday, May 5, 12pm
GAME 7: If necessary (30 minutes following end of GAME 6)

Adults (Ages 18 & up) - $15.00 per day
Youth & High School Students (Ages 5 through 12th Grade) - $8.00 per day
Children (Ages 4 & under) - Free
