WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Women's Swim team traveled to Catholic University, where they fell 153-108 in a hard-fought meet.

Individual Winners

• Caroline Russell (Lynchburg, Va./EC Glass) earned the top spot in the 200 Fly, finishing with a time of 2:19.70.
• In the 50 Free, Sophie Sullivan (Richmond, Va./Saint Catherine's) finished in first place with a time of 25.26 seconds.
• During the 200 Breast, Anna Sprott (Hampton, Va./Peninsula Catholic) earned nine points for the Yellow Jackets overall finishing in first with a time of 2:35.80.

Relay Winners

• The 200 Free relay team consisting of Kelsey James (Virginia Beach, Va./First Colonial), Reese Painter (Houston, Texas/Duchesne Academy of Sacred Heart), Madi Reed (Stephens City, Va./Sherando) and Sullivan earned the top spot with a time of 1:42.94, beating the Cardinal relay team by .06 seconds.

Individual Highlights

• In the 1000 Free, Brooklyn DeCann (Huntersville, N.C./Lincoln Charter) earned four points to the team's overall score with a second-place finish in 11:36.67. Hannah VanVelzor (Norwalk, Conn./Christchurch School) finished third with a time of 11:40.66.
• Izzie Check (Williamsburg, Va./Bruton) finished in second place during the 200 Free with a time of 2:02.08. She also earned a third-place finish in the 200 Breast with a time of 2:37.85. During the 200 Medley, Check finished with a time of 2:17.40, earning second place.
• During the 100 Back, James earned a third-place finish with a time of 1:02.36.
• Sprott earned three points for RMC with a third-place finish in the 100 Breast with a time of 1:12.55.
• Reed finished second during the 50 Free with a time of 25.73 seconds, earning four points for the Yellow Jackets.
• During the 100 Free, Sullivan finished with a time of 57.31 seconds, earning a third-place finish.
• Abby Kozlowski (Bel Air, Md./Notre Dame Prep) finished second in the 200 Back with a time of 2:15.55.
• Russell earned four more points overall for the Yellow Jackets with a second-place finish during the 500 Free, finishing with a time of 5:32.00. Maryn Feehs (Lorton, Va./South County) finished one place behind in third, with a time of 5:35.67.
• During the 100 Fly, Annika Rogerson finished in second place with a time of 1:02.01.

For the Record

• Kozlowski's time in the 200 back is currently the seventh fastest time in the ODAC.
