FOREST, Va. – Morgan Mussatt (Henrico, Va./Mills Godwin) has been named ODAC Women's Golfer of the Week for the third straight week and for the fifth time this fall season, following another top-ten individual finish at the GolfWeek October Classic.
Mussatt finished seventh out of a field of 120 golfers at the GolfWeek October Classic in Destin, Florida. In the first round Mussatt kept up her consistent play this fall season with a score of -1 (71). The junior fired a bogey free front nine with a birdie on the seventh hole. She added two more birdies on the back nine that finished with a total score of 36 for even par. In the second round she was the last individual to finish for the Yellow Jackets, firing a +5 (77) on the day. The junior totaled four birdies and seven pars. In the final round, Mussatt shot even par (72) with four birdies to highlight her day. The three round score came out to +4 (220) for the Yellow Jacket junior. Mussatt led the Yellow Jackets over the course of the weekend, helping the team place 2nd out of 24 teams.
Randolph-Macon concludes the fall portion of its season. The team will return to action when the spring season kicks off March 9–10, 2026, at the South Georgia Invitational, hosted by Berry College.
