ASHLAND, Va. - Randolph-Macon women's swimming fell to Washington and Lee, 166-95 on Senior Day on Saturday in Ashland.

Individual Highlights

• Kierra Parsons (Akron, Pa./Ephrata) finished second in the first individual event of the day, the 1000 free, finishing in 11:10.34. Brooklyn DeCann (Huntersville, N.C./Lincoln Charter) finished third in the event in 11:41.92.
• Reese Painter (Houston, Tex./Duchesne Academy of Sacred Heart) finished second in the 200 free in 2:02.55.
• Kelsey James (Virginia Beach, Va./First Colonial) and Abby Kozlowski (Bel Air, Md./Notre Dame Prep) finished third and fourth, respectively, in the 100 backstroke.
• Sophia Hanson (Hamilton, Va./Woodgrove) took second place in the 100 breaststroke in 1:10.01. Anna Sprott (Hampton, Va./Peninsula Catholic) slotted behind in third with a time of 1:10.79.
• Hanson also finished second in the 200 breaststroke in 2:33.98.
• Caroline Russell (Lynchburg, Va./EC Glass) finished second in the 200 fly in 2:18.75. She also finished second in the 500 free with a time of 5:28.93. Her third second place finish of the day came in the 200 IM in 2:18.86.
• Cayden Fix (Barboursville, Va./William Monroe) came in third in the 50 free with a time of 26.13.
• Sophie Sullivan (Richmond, Va./St. Catherine's) took second in the 100 free in 56.50, less than one second behind first place. She also grabbed a second-place finish in the 100 fly in 1:02.11.

Relay Highlights

• RMC won both relay events.
• The relay team of James, Hanson, Madi Reed (Stephens City, Va./Sherando), and Fix took first place in the 200 medley relay in 1:53.00.
• To close the day, the team of James, Painter, Fix, and Sullivan won a close race in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:42.30.
