Head Coach Lindsey Burke has been awarded her first conference Coach of the Year honor, Sam Smith (Chesterfield, Va./St. Gertrudes) was named the Rookie of the Year and two players have been named to All-ODAC teams.

Sophomore Jane Elkins (Annandale, Va./Bishop Ireton) has been named to the all-ODAC first team. She averaged 11.0 points per game in conference play, including a 24-point game at Lynchburg and a 22-point game in an overtime win at Shenandoah. Her conference field goal percentage mark of (.431) percent  places her ninth in the ODAC in that category.

She is the conference assists per game leader (4.1) and leads the conference in overall assists with 99.
