ASHLAND, Va. -- The Randolph-Macon men's tennis team fell to ODAC rival Hamden-Sydney 7-2 on Tuesday afternoon. The Yellow Jackets earned a point from the 2nd doubles. Max Hammock (Vienna, Va./James Madison) and Braxton Fagan (Glen Allen, Va./Deep Run) won at two doubles 8-7 in a tiebreaker. Max Doyle (Alexandria, Va./St. John's College) and Mitchell Herman (Fairfax, Va./Flint Hill) lost a close 3rddoubles in tiebreaker which left the Yellow Jackets down 2-1 going into singles play. Max Hammock won a closely contested match at 2nd singles 2-6 6-4 10-5 in a tiebreaker. The loss moves RMC to 4-2 heading into Sundays contest against Catholic University.
