MT. WOLF, Pa. – Randolph-Macon Women's Golf finished tied for fourth out of eight teams after the final round of The Spartan Fall Invitational at Royal Manchester Golf Club.
Alexis Haller (Louisville, Ky./Louisville Collegiate School) improved by six strokes from day one by shooting a 76 (+4) to move into seventh individually in the tournament. She now has two top-10 finishes in three tournaments in her rookie season.
Morgan Mussatt (Henrico, Va./Mills Godwin) continued her strong showing over the weekend with a 77 (+5) in round two to grab a top-five finish. It becomes her third top-four finish in as many tournaments to begin her career.
Ana Calderon (Lewisville, N.C./Forsyth Country Day School) equaled her day one production with another 88 (+16) on day two. Calderon finishes tied for 28
th individually.
Mary Kathryn Topping (Midlothian, Va./Maggie Walker Governor's School) improved by three strokes from day one, finishing her second round with a 91 (+19).
Elli Flinchum (Summerfield, N.C./Rockingham County) shot a 92 (+20) on the day to finish tied for 18
th in the tournament.
RMC will wrap up the fall season with the Chick-Fil-A Invitational in Rome, Ga. at Stonebridge Golf Club on Oct. 30-31.
