ASHLAND, Va. – Senior Dani Recarte (Madrid, Spain/Wakefield School) earned a win at No. 3 Doubles and did not lose a game in a victory at No. 5 Singles as the Randolph-Macon men's tennis team pulled out a 6-3 ODAC victory over Randolph on Saturday afternoon.

How It Happened
- Recarte and freshman Max Doyle (Alexandria, Va.) registered an 8-2 win at No. 3 Doubles to give the Yellow Jackets the first point of the match. Senior Inigo Suescun (Zizur Mayor, Spain/San Fermine Ikastola) and junior Ryan Aud (Fishersville, Va./Wilson) pulled out an 8-6 win at No. 2 Doubles. The Wildcats eked out an 8-7 win at No. 1 Doubles as R-MC led 2-1 heading to singles.
- Recarte earned R-MC's first point in singles with a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 5 Singles. Max Presley (Manakin-Sabot, Va./Goochland) blanked his opponent at No. 6 Singles 6-0, 6-0 as the lead grew to 4-1 for the Yellow Jackets. Aud earned a 7-5, 6-1 win at No. 4 Singles to clinch the match win for R-MC. Randolph was victorious at No. 1 and No. 3 Singles before Suescun registered a 7-6, 6-1 win at No. 2 Singles to make the final score 6-3.
