FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Sophomore C.J. Montalbano (Charlottesville, Va./Albemarle) recorded 11 saves in Randolph-Macon's 2-0 loss at Mary Washington in men's soccer on Tuesday afternoon.

Montalbano had six saves in the first half and five in the second stanza.

The game was scoreless late into the first half before the Eagles (4-4-2) scored twice in the 38th minute to take a 2-0 advantage at halftime.

Senior Andrew Oakes (Fredericksburg, Va./Courtland) led the Yellow Jackets (2-7) with two shots and both were on goal.

R-MC returns to ODAC action on Saturday, Oct. 4 at 2 p.m. at home against Eastern Mennonite.
