LEXINGTON, Va. – Washington and Lee scored a pair of goals in the first three minutes of the second half on its way to a 2-0 ODAC victory in men's soccer Saturday afternoon.

Following a scoreless first half, the Generals (10-3, 5-3 ODAC) scored in the 47th minute to take a 1-0 lead. W&L added a goal a minute later to take a 2-0 advantage.

Sophomore Sam Bowen (Collegeville, Pa./Haverford School) and junior Anthony Polakiewicz (South Hill, Va./Park View) both had three shots for the Yellow Jackets (3-11, 1-7 ODAC). Bowen had his team's only shot on goal.

Freshman Michael Bly (Yorktown, Va./Grafton) recorded a save for R-MC.

Randolph-Macon returns home on Tuesday, Oct. 21 for a 4 p.m. ODAC contest against Hampden-Sydney.
