Salem, VA – Randolph-Macon Women's Basketball ended its season with a loss to the Guilford Quakers in the quarterfinals of the 2013 ODAC Basketball Tournament on Thursday night. The Yellow Jackets finished the season 6-21 overall and 4-13 in conference play.

R-MC got a team-high 12 points and six rebounds from ODAC Rookie of the Year, Katie Anderson, while fellow freshman Hannah Livermon pitched in with 11 points. Second team All-ODAC selection, Sarah Parsons, and Lauren Vugteveen each chipped in with six points in the loss.

Guilford jumped out to an early 12-2 lead after a Morgan King jumper with 14:21 on the clock.

The Yellow Jackets chipped away at the deficit and pulled within seven at 20-13 with 9:31 left to play, but that would be as close as R-MC would get as the Quakers went on a 18-9 run to take a 38-22 lead into the intermission.

Guilford started the second half off strong, scoring nine out of 10 points in the first five minutes of play, and saw its lead grow to 32 down the stretch.

The Quakers held R-MC to just 25% from the floor on 14-of-56 shooting and out-rebounded the Yellow Jackets 57-36 on the night.

The Quakers were led by Gabby Oglesby, who finished with a double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds. Logan Hardin joined Oglesby in double-figures with 13 points and six boards, while Alex Payne chipped in with nine points.
