LEXINGTON, VA—Tripp Howerin scored a singles and doubles win for Randolph-Macon, but Virginia Wesleyan edged the Yellow Jackets 5-2 in Lexington.

R-MC's Howerin defeated Luke Blum of VCW 6-1, 4-6, 10-6 in singles action on Saturday.

Randolph-Macon scored another victory with the doubles pair of Chris Picarde and Howerin defeating Luke Blum and Donnie Greathouse of Virginia Wesleyan 8-4.

The Marlins doubles pair of Devin Crosby and Zac Bartley slipped past Kevin Lloyd and Frank Donnelly 8-6 on the way to a 5-2 team win.
