HARRISONBURG, VA- Despite being
outshot 29-17, Randolph-Macon Men's Soccer held strong for a 0-0
tie at Eastern Mennonite Wednesday.
Both teams fired off a combined 36 shots and
made several offensive surges but, none found the back of the net
in regulation or overtime and the game ended in a 0-0 tie.
This is Randolph-Macon's third consecutive tie
and the Yellow Jackets have allowed just one goal in their last
three games.
Eastern Mennonite held a 29-17 advantage in
shots and an 11-2 edge in corner kicks.
Randolph-Macon Men's Soccer will be back in
action Saturday, October 3rd when they host Roanoke for
a 4:00 p.m. match
