Eacho Finds Goal Twice as R-MC Downs Bridgewater

ASHLAND, VA-Senior Midfielder Thomas Eacho
found the back of the net twice Tuesday as Randolph-Macon Men's
Soccer defeated Bridgewater College 5-2 in Ashland.
Randolph-Macon took an early 1-0 lead when Ethan Cornelio
capitalized on a free kick, putting the ball past the keeper.
Eacho extended the lead to 2-0 with his first goal of the game
on a pass from Sophomore Matt Andes.
Connor Alexander took a pass from Andrew Parham in the
32nd minute to put Randolph-Macon up 3-0.
Bridgewater cut the lead to 3-1 with a goal just before
halftime.
R-MC pushed the lead to 4-1 when Andes netted a pass from Eacho.
Eacho tacked on his second goal of the game in the closing
minutes and the Yellow Jackets captured the 5-2 win.
Randolph-Macon outshot Bridgewater 21-18 while The Eagles held a
3-2 advantage in corner kicks.
The Yellow Jackets will be back in action Friday, October
9th, when they travel to Emory and Henry College for a
7:00 p.m. match.
