Men’s Tennis History
Men’s Tennis has gone unbeaten at home at the Banks Tennis Center two times (2013 and 2020) since the complex opened in 2011. In 2013 the men’s tennis team defeated Randolph, Southern Virginia and Virginia Union without losing a individual match. In 2020 the Yellow Jackets defeated Shenandoah without giving up a match. RMC’s best season came in 2016, when they won eight home matches in that season with eight. In the existence of the facility the Yellow Jackets have gone 59-34.
Women’s Tennis History
Women’s Tennis has recorded eight or more home wins in four season’s since the facility opened in 2011. This includes four undefeated home records on top of the mass wins at home since 2011. In 2017, the Banks Tennis Center showcased two home ODAC playoff matches against Lynchburg and Randolph defeating both to reach the ODAC finals. In the existence of the facility the Yellow Jackets have gone 80-24.
