As a junior (2014-15): In her third season with the Yellow Jackets, Leigh swam in the 50,100, and 200 free, the 100 and 200 backstroke, the 200 IM, and the 200, 400, and 800 relays…She finished the season eleventh in the ODAC for the 100 free (56.19), twelfth in the ODAC for the 100 backstroke (1:03.30), and third in the ODAC with her relay team for the 200 free (1:41.39), 400 free (3:48.13), 800 free (8:19.90)…Rachel was named Third Team All-ODAC.

As a sophomore (2013-14): In her second season with R-MC, Leigh competed in the 100 and 200 back, the 50 and 100 free, and the 200 and 400 free relays…Rachel and her relay team placed first in the 200 free relay against Saint Mary’s (1:45.96).

As a freshman (2012-13): In her rookie season with the Yellow Jackets, Leigh competed in the 200 medley relay, 100 and 200 back, 50 and 100 free, the 200 IM, and the 200 free relay…Rachel placed third in the 100 Free against Greensboro (1:01.03).

Personal: Rachel attended Mills E. Godwin High School and garnered her swim experience through NOVA swim club ... She helped lead her swim team to a Virginia State Senior Championship titles (2008-2011) ... In 2009, she was awarded the Coaches D.A.S.H award at Three Chopt ... Rachel intends to pursue a degree in Accounting.
