Jordan Earns ODAC Sportsmanship Award, Saathoff & Lewis Honored

FOREST, Va. - Senior Katelyn Jordan (Virginia Beach, Va./Kellam) was named the ODAC Sportswoman of the Year for women's golf as the conference released its post-season awards.

Senior Emmy Saathoff (Catonsville, Md./Institute of Notre Dame) earned All-ODAC Second Team honors, while senior Liza Lewis (Richmond, Va./Trinity) was voted All-ODAC Third Team.

Jordan missed most of the season with an injury. She played just two events during the regular season, averaging 96.7 in three rounds. Jordan was able to compete at the ODAC Championship, placing 25th in the individual standings.

Saathoff was sixth in the ODAC in scoring average during the regular season at 83.8 over 12 rounds. In seven events, she had four Top 5 finishes and six Top 10 finishes. Saathoff finished ninth in the individual standings at the ODAC Championship with a score of 258 (88-88-82). Saathoff was named ODAC Women's Golfer of the Week on April 1.

Lewis was seventh in the ODAC in scoring average during the regular season at 84.1 over 12 rounds. In seven events, she had a pair of Top 5 finishes and four Top 10 finishes. Lewis earned medalist honors at the R-MC Fall Invitational. She was twice named ODAC Women's Golfer of the Week in the fall.
