ASHLAND, Va. – Weekend weather forecasts are changing schedules for Randolph-Macon Tennis and Softball.
Randolph-Macon Men's and Women's Tennis will no longer play Shenandoah on Friday in Ashland. The men's team will travel to play indoors in Winchester on Friday beginning at 5:30 PM. The women's team will now play Shenandoah at the Banks Tennis Center on Saturday beginning at 2:00 PM. The match will be played at the same time as the men's team faces Washington and Lee in a home tennis twinbill. Senior Day festivities will shift to be prior to Saturday's contests.
Randolph-Macon Softball will now play its first game in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Tournament on Friday at 6:00 PM. The fourth-seeded Yellow Jackets square off against the fifth-seeded Eagles of Bridgewater College. The schedule is being shifted because of weather forecasts in the Salem area for early on Friday.
