    Randolph-Macon College had three student-athletes voted to the 2018-19 Google Cloud Academic All-District At-Large Teams: junior Kristin Dantzler (Williamsburg, Va./York) from women's tennis, sophomore Victor Kontopanos (North Chesterfield, Va./Home School) from men's swimming, and junior Brendan Markovic (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) from men's lacrosse.

    Freshman Wyatt Boyer (Irmo, S.C./Dutch Fork) won the 1650 Free and freshman Joe Stephens (Fredericksburg, Va./Stafford) finished first in the 200 Back as the Randolph-Macon men's swimming team took third at the ODAC Championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

    Sophomore Victor Kontopanos (North Chesterfield, Va./Home School) won the 100 Fly in a school-record time and was part of two record-breaking relay teams as the Randolph-Macon men's swimming team continued to hold in third place after Day 2 of the ODAC Championships at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.

    Randolph-Macon Men’s Swimming defeated Hampden-Sydney in a meet Friday evening, but was bested by Barton, a Division II institution from North Carolina. Against the Tigers, R-MC won 129-73. The Bulldogs tallied a 162-42 win over the Yellow Jackets.

  • Men's Swimming Drops Hard Fought Meet To Generals

    Randolph-Macon got a run of second-place finishes, but it was not enough to top the preseason Old Dominion Athletic Conference first place team, Washington and Lee, as the Generals defeated the Yellow Jackets 166-90. R-MC got second place finishes from freshmen Justin Gregory (Bristow, Va. / Brentsville), Bryan McCarthy (Hampton, Va. / Hampton) and Joe Stephens (Fredericksburg, Va. / Stafford) and Wyatt Boyer (Irmo, S.C. / Dutch Fork) as well as sophomore Victor Kontopanos (North Chesterfield, Va. ). The Yellow Jackets showed that they are a team full of   (potential in the meet against one of the strongest teams in the country, the 23rd ranked Generals.
