Kelley Hilliker joined the RMC Swimming Staff in 2020.
Hilliker has coached at many levels of swimming. She is the Head Age Group Coach for Hanover Aquatics in Mechanicsville. She works with 11-12 and 13-14 year-olds.
While in graduate school, Hilliker was head swim coach for the Ashby Anacondas in Bridgewater, VA. Prior to that, whe was swim coach of the Virginia Gators in Harrisonburg.
In 2017 and 2018, Hilliker served as swim coach at Stonebrook Club in Winchester, VA.
Hilliker was a three-time All-ODAC performer at Bridgewater College. She was a four-time member of the ODAC All-Academic Team. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Psycholory in 2019. Hilliker remained at BC, receiving a Master of Arts in Digital Media Strategy in 2020.
While an undergraduate, Hilliker served as an academic tutor and as a student assistant in the anatomy lab. While she was in graduate school, Hilliker was an Athletic Media Relations Intern, assisting with live streams of home athletic events, announcing swim meets, creating social media graphics and filming and photographing home athletic events.
