FOREST, Va. – Randolph-Macon sophomore guard Erin Porter (Virginia Beach, Va./Kettle Run) has been named ODAC Offensive Player of the Week for the second time in her career and second time this season, following her performances last week. 

Porter helped guide RMC to another 2-0 week, this time taking down two top-five opponents in the conference. 

In their midweek matchup against Shenandoah, the Yellow Jackets won 62-53, thanks to a game-high 22 points from Porter, as she also tied her season high with a game-high nine field goals made (9/14). She also added three rebounds, three steals, an assist and a block. 

Over the weekend, Porter poured in a team-high 21 points against Guilford while knocking down seven of her 13 shots, including four of her eight threes. She added four rebounds, three steals, two assists and one block to stuff the stat sheet in an 83-75 home win. 

Over the week, Porter amassed 43 points, seven rebounds, six steals, three assists and two blocks, while drilling five threes. In RMC's game against GC, Porter accounted for a personal 6-0 run and an even broader 11-4 run, helping the Lemon and Black earn its season's longest winning streak of seven games.

Porter and the Yellow Jackets are back in action and will host Virginia Wesleyan for the final home game of the regular season on Wednesday, February 18, for a 7:30 p.m. tip-off.
