GREENSBORO, N.C. - Randolph-Macon sophomore Lindsei Hamilton (Roanoke, Va./Hidden Valley) and freshman Laney Sanchez (Midlothian, Va./Clover Hill) were named All-ODAC Second Team following the 2017 ODAC Swimming Championships.
The Yellow Jackets had seven members of the All-ODAC Third Team: juniors Megan Granger (Midlothian, Va./Manchester) and Savannah Pierce (Virginia Beach, Va./Princess Anne), sophomore Haylie Moore (Lexington, N.C./South Davidson) and freshmen Zoe Campbell (Annandale, Va./W.T. Woodson), Abbey Crank (North Chesterfield, Va./James River), Lauren McCoy (Dagsboro, Del./Indian River) and Kacey Pool (Chesapeake, Va./Western Branch).
Hamilton was third in the 1650 Free, sixth in the 500 Free, eighth in the 200 Fly and was a member of a third-place relay team.
Sanchez was third in the 100 Breast, third in the 200 Breast and fifth in the 200 IM. She was on one second-place relay team and three third-place relay squads.
Campbell placed fifth in the 100 Fly and seventh in the 200 Fly. She was a member of one third-place relay team.
Crank took fourth in the 400 IM.
Granger was sixth in the 200 Free and seventh in the 100 Free. She was part of one second-place relay team and three third-place relay squads.
McCoy finished sixth in the 100 Back and was a member of three third-place relay teams.
Moore took sixth in the 100 Fly.
Pierce placed fifth in the 1650 Free and seventh in the 200 Free.
Pool was fifth in the 200 Back and eighth in the 50 Free. She was part of one second-place relay team and three third-place relay squads.
Randolph-Macon finished second out of nine teams at the 2017 ODAC Championships.
