The #1 doubles team of sophomore Grant Sarverv (Richmond, Va./Mills Godwin) and senior Baxter Carter (Richmond, Va./St. Christophers) also won two of their three matches, beating the Va. Wesleyan and Bridgewater College doubles #1 teams.

Molten also played in the #2 doubles grouping with partner sophomore Jacob Haines (Springfield, Va./West Springfield). The duo won their match against the Washington College foe.

The Yellow Jackets will play again at the ITA Regional Championships at the end of the month, Saturday, September 30-Monday, October 2 in Fredericksburg on the campus of Mary Washington.

The women's team will be in action this coming weekend for their edition of the Randolph-Macon Fall Invitational.
